  • Delivered new legal-entity rollouts on a live D365 F&O platform, owning end-to-end customization and integration workstreams.
  • Built API integration with third-party trade-compliance services to screen customers against denied-party lists and block non-compliant orders at entry.
  • Integrated D365 F&O with a third-party payment gateway for credit-card sales-order processing — authorization, capture, charge, and re-authorization.
  • Developed Sales Order and Customer Master customizations — order-type behaviors, automatic item-code selection, header/line fields, ATP warehouse calendars, customer segmentation, and auto-populating customer instructions.
  • Automated intercompany order flows with approval workflows for direct-delivery scenarios, synchronizing delivery details across linked purchase and sales orders.
  • Delivered EDI integrations and product-label extensions for large-retailer order processing and unit-of-measure translation.

  • Designed and developed UI elements, business processes, and core X++ customizations for country-specific requirements.
  • Built custom approval workflows for Sales and Transfer orders, streamlining multi-level authorization.
  • Integrated D365 F&O with SharePoint and Dealer portals via REST APIs for end-to-end spare-parts management.
